Martin Anthony SiwuManaging Director<\/span><\/h5>\n

Major shareholder with executive responsibility as Managing Director. Martin has extensive experience in development finance and commercial banking extending over a period of 29 years. He has previously worked for Reserve Bank of Malawi as an Economist, Investment & Development Bank of Malawi as a Project Appraisal Executive, Standard Bank Malawi as Head of Credit and Head of Client Coverage, NBS Bank as Chief Operating Officer & Head of Credit and Nedbank Malawi as Head of Wholsale Sales.<\/p>\n

Martin has thus acquired extensive knowledge and experience in Project Appraisal and Due Diligence, Investment Analysis, Credit and Operational Risk Management and Corporate Banking.<\/p>\n

He has a Masters Degree in Finance from London Business School, University of London, United Kingdom majoring in Corporate Finance, Equity Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Chancellor College, University of Malawi.<\/p>\n

Rex NyahodaDirector<\/span><\/h5>\n
<\/div>\n

Rex is a food and process scientist with more than 25 years\u2019 operational experience in brewing, food processing and plastics manufacturing. He has previously worked for Chibuku Products Limited as Operations Manager, Tambala Food Products Limited as Production Manager, Universal Farming & Milling Limited as Operations Manager, Polypack Group Limited as Group Quality Assurance Manager and Capital Oil Refining Industries Limited. Rex has also conducted various baseline surveys for the Food and Agriculture Organization and has developed concept notes and business plans for various companies which has assisted them win funding from the Malawi Innovation Challenge Fund.<\/p>\n

He is currently also the chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Malawi and a registered consultant with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization [UNIDO] as a National Expert on Quality Management Systems [ISO 9001 \u2013 2015] and Food Safety Management Systems [ISO 22000]. He has also been coopted into the Technical Working Group that is developing Malawi\u2019s National Export Strategy II.<\/p>\n

Rex has a Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science & Food Technology from The Polytechnic, University of Malawi.<\/p>\n

Dumisani is a finance professional and a business leader with more than 19 years\u2019 experience in leading people, financial planning and reporting, strategy planning and execution, corporate affairs, risk management, design and implementation of systems of internal control, treasury management, credit management, external and internal auditing, regulatory reporting and tax planning gained from working for a listed financial institution (NBS Bank) and one of the Big-4 audit firms (Deloitte).<\/p>\n

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA-UK), a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (CA) (ICAM) and a holder of Bachelor of Accountancy Degree obtained from the University of Malawi.<\/p>\n
